Reverse Angle is here to shape the future of squash, we are not here to tell a hyped up story about how great the game of squash is, the links on this site to the World of Squash have masses of quality up to date information and reports about the dynamic modern game and it's players.
Reverse Angle has been created to bring business to squash. That's obviously good news for anyone in the game, but for too long the approach to "getting sponsorship" for squash has revolved around the mind set of what's in it for the game.
The truth is that if you do things as you have always done, you will get what you have always got, Reverse Angle exists to make the squash business sellable, to do this, we have to look at all the so called "traditional ways" that it has always been done, and throw them in the trash.
Primary Objective: To deliver a tangible and credible opportunity to major companies looking for new innovative ways to market their products and services that represents a feasible ROI.
Secondary Objective: To generate significant revenues from a share in the profits generated from achievement of the primary objective.
Tertiary Objective: To elevate the profile of the game of squash and it's players to a status of that enjoyed in other mainstream sports.

Historically the question has been asked "Would you like to sponsor squash?", the answer unsurprisingly is normally "no, we don't sponsor squash" and even when it's a "Yes!" more often that not the underlying business decision has been made by an enthusiastic squash player with his hands on a company chequebook rather than a sound marketing decisions based on a tangible return on investment or any long term strategy.
Reverse Angle will present the first of a new series of professional "squash events" in unique locations that have maximum impact for corporate marketing campaigns.
Sponsorship negotiations have begun and will continue throughout 2006, the first of the new Reverse Angle events will launch early in 2007.

It is a reality that until now few "Squash Events" make a profit and most rely heavily on unpaid volunteers and sponsorship in kind.
Reverse Angle is a business and we are in business to make money, however, we do not take any money from the sponsors investment, this is targeted directly at funding and executing a successful events. Our revenue is generated from a percentage of the event profits, merchandising, TV rights etc. Our success is therefore hinged upon results and not hype or management fees.
Tertiary Objective: To elevate the profile of the game of squash and it's players to a status of that enjoyed in other mainstream sports.
It may come as a shock to those passionate about squash that this objective is 3rd in our priority. But at Reverse Angle, we believe that by achieving our first two objectives, we will be able to deliver in abundance to the game, both at the professional level and more importantly the future grassroots of the game.
